Founder and Chairman

Robert is an experienced entrepreneur, educator, industry consultant, and founder of multiple businesses (including IPO exits). Recipient of patent converting emissions into consumer reward/loyalty plans. Executive-in-Residence at the BU Business Incubator. Education: St. Lawrence University and Harvard Business School.

William Leslie
Chief Executive Officer

Bill is an experienced entrepreneur with over 25 years creating high growth, profitable businesses. He has focused his career on the intersection of mobility and the Internet providing ways to change peoples’ social interactions. Previously, his career included tenures with Concorde Health, Casa Systems, ARRIS, Auspice Corporation, AltaVista Search (part of Digital Equipment Corporation), NMS Communications, and the Massachusetts Software Council. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

Brian Bauer
VP of Direct Marketing

Brian has more than 30 years experience in consumer direct-marketing, digital media, catalog and Internet production including Hub Mail, North Country Corp., Education includes Lake Forest and Harvard University.

Jessica Cameron
Social Media Manager

Jessica is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Through Northeastern’s Co-op program, she has worked in Merchandising for a major retail corporation and on the Marketing Campaigns team for a Boston-based software company. Along with being the Social Media Manager for Soli, she is currently on the Relationship Programs Marketing team at VMware, a global software company located in Silicon Valley.

Frank Fabozzi
VP Sales

Mr. Fabozzi’s distinguished career as a telecommunications sales executive includes results-oriented roles at Bay Networks/Nortel, Global Crossing, Cisco, and Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia). Before joining Soli, Mr. Fabozzi most recently was Global Account Director for Service Providers at Gigampn, a telecommunications systems integration company. As a member of the leadership team at Gigamon, Mr. Fabozzi helped the company expand into the Service Provider markets and capture large projects throughout the US. Frank holds an Executive MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Mercy College.

Peter Ingram
VP Brand Marketing

Peter Ingram is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies in retail marketing, operations, technology and payments. His business acumen spans many areas, including strategy development, business development, corporate development and operations. He has mainly spent the last 15 years in the convenience and petroleum retail industry and is President of RapidRMS, a progressive point-of-sale and back-office company.

Kevin is a proven digital marketer, creative copywriter and in-demand WordPress expert with a track record of developing and marketing websites that annually receive millions of pageviews and drive revenue and engagement for major organizations including Chegg, the International Association of Firefighters, the NeuroLeadership Institute and He studied history and philosophy at the University of Minnesota and received an MFA in Creative Writing on fellowship at the Michener Center for Writers at the University of Texas at Austin.

Lilliane LeBel
Chief Marketing Officer

Lilliane has been involved in marketing and marketing research for more than 25 years. She has been president at LeBel Marketing, and previously Vice President of Business Intelligence at InfoGroup, working with top multichannel, publishing, financial and non-profit clients to better understand their customers, improve customer communications, and increase ROI. Her education includes University of New Hampshire and an MBA from The American University.

Bob Visnov
Chief Technology Officer

Bob is the founder of Timegen Consulting. He formerly served as VP of Software Development at JPMorgan Global Asset Management and has held senior technology roles such as CIO of DebtResolve, Inc., CTO of Authentidate, Inc. and CTO of HealthScout, Inc. Bob has more than 30 years of software and SaaS development experience.

Previously held senior software development positions such as CTO/VP of Product Development/VP of Engineering at companies such as Data General. Amazon, mShopper, InterQual/Mckesson and Authoriszor. Holder of three software patents.

Education includes MBA, BET from Northeastern  University, and S.E.E.P. from Stanford University.

Todd Keebaugh

Todd brings 30 years of experience in technology with both public and private companies in various executive legal and operational roles. Todd is currently the Executive Vice President (Strategy) and General Counsel for Eliassen Group, a private equity-backed company that provides technology consulting and talent solution services. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Todd held similar positions at Cognex Corporation and Casa Systems, Inc. where he helped lead the company’s initial public offering in December 2018. Todd’s career has also included senior legal roles with EMC and Raytheon Company, and he started his career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice. Todd has served as a board director for several domestic and international companies and was most recently a member of the advisory board for Concorde Health, Inc. Todd is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, and a past Executive Committee Member of the American Corporate Counsel Association.

Steven D. Oesterle

A former Vice Chairman of Ernst & Young and CEO of investment banks, consulting firms and commercial enterprises, Steve has been a successful consulting, operating and financial executive for over forty years. In his role at Ambershore, he works closely with transformative early-stage ventures mobilizing resources to support sustainable growth.

Eric Tom

Eric has been a global business executive with experience leading multiple functional areas in multiple industries with a track record in achieving business growth and leading organizational transformation in companies and industries that were reinventing themselves. He has been the CRO of Teradata with $2B in revenue and $5B in market cap as well as the COO and CRO of International Game Technology with $2B in revenue and sold in 2015 for $6.4B.

Eric has been CEO of Broadband Interactive TV, VP of Sales at Qwest, VP of Sales, West Area at Sprint. He has also held GM and CFO roles and had been a practicing CPA at Deloitte. Eric has been in senior management roles at several angel-funded to pre-IPO VC-financed technology start-ups that were successfully sold to Dell, Equinix and Sprint.
